Philanthropy

Private philanthropy is vital to The Johansen Lab and fuels our work to protect brain health, improve stroke care, and advance stroke and dementia research. By studying the links between stroke, common heart conditions like atrial fibrillation, and cognitive decline, we are working to improve stroke prevention, classification, diagnosis, and treatment while uncovering new ways to reduce the risk of dementia and preserve brain health as we age. To support our work, please follow the link below and designate your gift to Dr. Michelle C. Johansen's Research Fund.
